A BRIEF HISTORY
PHILAM PLANS, INC. was incorporated on December 26, 1988. On August 31, 1989, the SEC approved the recognition of Philam Plans, Inc. as a dealer in securities, paving the way for the company’s introduction of its pension, education and memorial plans in the Filipino market. The company is an affiliate of Philamlife, the leading life insurance company in the country, and American International Group (AIG), the world’s leading insurance and financial services organization.
Guided by its commitment to international business standards and outstanding
professional management principles, Philam Plans garnered the number one position on only its 6th year of operation, a feat unequalled by any pre-need company in the country. Job Description
Since I started to apply as trainee in phi lam plans company in cubao branch, In the office of my boss in Lee/chuck associates, the daily time that I'm doing in the said table, the secretary was doing a report for the boss, and the agency manager and agents was discussing of was they doing to the place where they went to sell the units.
All of task are repeatedly done, the secretary taught me how to call in the call center to check the policy status of the plan holder...In my on the job training I successfully done my hours.
